  1. From the Tools menu, choose Options.
  2. In the Real name text box, type your name.
  3. In the Return address text box, type your email address. For example, username@i-c.net
  4. In the Mail Server (Incoming) text box, type mail.i-c.net.
  5. In the Login Name text box, type your username.
  6. In the SMTP Server (Outgoing) text box, type zeus.i-c.net.
  7. Put a check next to Allow Authentication.
  8. Select the Checking Mail icon.
  9. If you want the program to store your email password and logon automatically in the future, check Save password.
  10. Select the Incoming Mail icon.
  11. Next to Server Configuration, check POP.
  12. Click the OK button
